Requirement for any permanent makeup
1. Must be 18 years or older
2. Can’t be pregnant/nursing
3. Any one currently on Accutane or keloid prone are not candidates
4. Any history of diabetes, autoimmune disease or chemotherapy will require a physician note

Policy for all services

1. NO walk-ins
2. No guests during service
3. Appointments must be booked online
4. $50 deposit required to book
5. Services are nonrefundable
6. Cancellations can be made and refund of deposit if 48 hours or greater
7. Any client 30 minutes late with have the appointment cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded
8. No shows will be charged 100% of the service
9. New clients are asked to arrive 10-15 minutes early for paperwork and questions

Guarantee

1. Results will vary from client to client
2. How well you follow your after-care will directly affect the final results
3. Some clients may need additional touch-ups for desired look
